Welcome to Cute Three Kingdoms: My Defense Line (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and me, as an individual developer (hereinafter referred to as "I" or "myself"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By registering or using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Service Description

1.1 The services I provide to you include, but are not limited to: game downloading, installation, registration, login, game content experience, and subsequent update services.

1.2 I may adjust or update game content and services based on product planning and user feedback, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

2. Account Registration and Usage

2.1 Registration Requirements: You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering. I reserve the right to deny or terminate accounts with false or incomplete information.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Any losses due to unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence (such as password leakage or account lending) shall be your sole responsibility.

2.3 Usage Restrictions: You may not obtain or use others' accounts through illegal means, nor engage in any activity that violates laws or these Terms.

3. Game Rules and Conduct Guidelines

3.1 Compliance: You must abide by all in-game rules. Cheating, using third-party plugins, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Respect for Others: Harassment, defamation, privacy violations, or any form of abusive behavior toward other players is not allowed.

3.3 Prohibited Content: You may not disseminate illegal, harmful, obscene, violent, or copyright-infringing content within the App.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All intellectual property rights in the App (including but not limited to software code, artistic resources, music, trademarks, etc.) belong to me or the relevant rights holders. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or sale of game assets is prohibited.

4.2 User-generated content based on the game (such as screenshots, videos) remains your property, but you grant me a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it for promotional purposes.

5. Payments and Virtual Currency

5.1 Payment Methods: The App offers multiple payment options (such as Apple In-App Purchase). You must ensure the accuracy of payment information.

5.2 Virtual Currency: In-game virtual items or currency (e.g., coins, gems) can only be used within the App and may not be exchanged for legal tender or used for illegal transactions.

5.3 Refund Policy: Virtual currency, once consumed, is generally non-refundable. If a recharge does not arrive due to technical issues, please contact me promptly. For minor-related recharges, please refer to relevant national laws and regulations as well as Apple's official refund policy.

6. Service Modifications, Suspension, or Termination

6.1 I may modify, suspend, or terminate services due to business or technical reasons, and will notify you in a reasonable manner in advance to minimize impact.

6.2 If you materially violate these Terms, I reserve the right to unilaterally terminate your account access and pursue legal action.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The App's services depend on external factors such as internet connectivity and device compatibility. I am not liable for service interruptions caused by technical failures or force majeure events.

7.2 Your personal decisions and actions within the game are your sole responsibility.

8. Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Both parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party has the right to file a lawsuit in a competent court in my jurisdiction.

9. Amendments

I may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Revised versions will be posted in the App or on my official website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
